Job Summary
Account Manager for DACH with German and English fluency, based in Warsaw on a hybrid schedule. Responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 30 customers, driving customer success, and maximizing value from EcoVadis solutions. Build relationships with customer stakeholders, develop and execute customer program plans, coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, sustainability, operations), and support contract renewals and upsell opportunities. Communicate EcoVadis vision for Sustainable Supply Management, monitor operational KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years in customer/account management or consulting, formal education in a related field, German and English proficiency, strong data analytics and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel), and experience with account planning and CRM tools. Hybrid work in Warsaw with international, multicultural collaboration and a strong sustainability focus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in customer management, account management, or consulting
- Formal education in a related field (Supply chain, sustainability, business)
- Knowledge of procurement systems and SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Additional language fluency (Polish) considered an advantage
- Ability to summarize key findings in PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent Excel and data analytics skills
- Experience in developing Account Plans
- Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce or CRM tools
- Ability to work in international/multicultural environment
- Self-driven, results oriented and team player
- Ability to be agile in fast-paced environment
- Interest in sustainability
- Location: Warsaw - Hybrid (8 days a month from the office)
