Job Summary
Account Manager for the DACH region with German + English fluency, based in Barcelona on a Hybrid schedule. Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers, drive adoption of EcoVadis solutions, build relationships with customer project managers, decision makers, and executive sponsors, develop and maintain account plans, coordinate between customers and EcoVadis teams, support contract renewals and upsell opportunities, monitor operational KPIs, and contribute to product improvements. Requires 5+ years of customer/account management or consulting experience and formal education in a related field (e.g., supply chain, sustainability, business). Strong German and English communication skills; additional language (Polish) a plus. Comfortable with SaaS, procurement systems, data analysis, and presenting findings via PowerPoint; able to work in an international, fast-paced, sustainability-focused environment. Location is Barcelona with hybrid work (8 days a month in office), plus flexible working hours and comprehensive employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years successful customer management, account management, or consulting experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of procurement systems and SaaS is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to develop Account Plans
- Experience with CRM and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create and present account plans and KPI dashboards
