Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for generating and closing sales of Company medical device products to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physicians within a defined geographic territory. Develop sales strategy, maintain a three-year funnel in Salesforce, negotiate terms and provide pre- and post-sale demonstrations and clinical support. Attend surgical cases as needed, train customers, and maintain strong healthcare-provider relationships. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of medical device sales experience; strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills; travel 50–75% within the U.S. and Canada; must live within 20 miles of the assigned territory. Maintain compliance with internal Quality System policies and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; three to five years of selling experience in the medical marketplace, device/capital equipment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
