Job Summary
Lead as the primary client point of contact for robust branded content programs, ensuring successful campaign execution. Partner with sales, brand strategy, influencer/talent, and production teams to understand client goals, manage the full campaign lifecycle, develop production timelines and budget trackers, orchestrate internal and third-party vendors, provide performance recommendations, and communicate progress to stakeholders while driving revenue and client retention. This role requires strong relationship management, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years account management or project management experience
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
- Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines and with a keen attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Location: New York (hybrid)
- Base Salary 60,000—75,000 USD
