Job Summary
Account Manager role focusing on IT sales within a defined European territory, driving full-cycle sales from prospecting through closure, collaborating with Sales Engineering during pre-sales, and coordinating with Implementation and Customer Success post-sale. Responsibilities include proactive lead generation, nurturing marketing-generated opportunities, expanding revenue through cross-selling and upselling, and maintaining a rolling 90-day Salesforce pipeline to achieve ARR targets. Strong emphasis on delivering compelling presentations to diverse stakeholders, ownership of the sales cycle, and building relationships across enterprise-level accounts. Requires fluency in English and Swedish, plus Danish or Norwegian, with remote work based from Sweden and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to meet quotas and contribute to a global, CSR-conscious organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT sales, preferably in a B2B environment, ideally within the supply chain, EDI, logistics, ERP companies, with experience in commission-based sales roles.
