Job Summary
Account Manager for a fully remote role based in Sweden, responsible for owning the complete IT sales cycle in a defined European territory, prospecting, developing, and closing new business, collaborating with Sales Engineering during pre-sales, and managing post-onboarding upsell/cross-sell with a focus on ARR targets. You will nurture leads, maintain a rolling 90-day Salesforce pipeline, and work with Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction. Requires 2+ years of IT sales in B2B, fluency in English and Swedish plus Danish or Norwegian, strong presentation and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue and own the end-to-end sales process across enterprise-level solutions. The role offers base compensation plus commissions and opportunities for hybrid work within a global brand.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT sales in a B2B environment, ideally within supply chain, EDI, logistics, ERP companies, with experience in commission-based sales roles.
- Professional working fluency in English, Swedish and either Danish or Norwegian (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to diverse business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written).
- Demonstrated capacity to own the sales cycle from lead to deal closure.
- Strong relationship-building skills and leadership potential in a sales environment.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets selling enterprise-level solutions.
