Job Summary
Account Manager role for French bilingual expertise with UK remote responsibilities. Own full lifecycle growth—from closing new deals to identifying cross-sell opportunities within K–12 and Higher Education markets. Build and manage relationships across educators and institutional executives, deliver consultative solutions, collaborate with Product/Marketing, and maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts. Travel up to 25% to engage customers and partners. Requires 2+ years of quota-carrying EdTech or SaaS sales and 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management; fluency in French and English; strong storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management; Salesforce proficiency. Remote-first culture with UK-based remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales in EdTech or SaaS
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Native or Fluent in French and English
- Proven ability to hunt, build, and close new business across complex buying committees
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools
