Job Summary
Account Manager for French bilingual role in the UK remote; drives the full sales lifecycle in EdTech/SaaS, identifying and closing new opportunities while expanding existing accounts across K–12, Higher Education, or assessment markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing deals, managing pipeline, forecasting, and account planning; builds lasting relationships with stakeholders from teachers to institutional executives, delivers consultative solutions, collaborates with Product/Marketing, leverages data and CRM insights, represents the brand, and stays informed on industry trends and territory opportunities. Requires 2+ years of quota-carrying EdTech or SaaS sales and native/fluent French and English; proficient in Salesforce and capable of cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in EdTech or SaaS sales
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Native or Fluent in French and English
- Proven ability to hunt, build, and close new business across complex buying committees
- Exceptional storytelling and consultative sales skills
- Understanding of the education technology landscape including institutional decision cycles and procurement processes
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools
