Job Summary
Oversee one Tier 1 or 2 account to drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction metrics. Manage scheduling, overtime, and payroll for direct reports while recruiting, training, and coaching associates to ensure retention and growth. Forecast seasonal variances to allocate labor resources effectively and maintain consistent service delivery across all shifts. Build cohesive relationships with client staff, maintain regular communication channels, and ensure strict compliance with Towne Park's business systems and safety protocols. Monitor existing business for expansion opportunities and report changes in ownership or construction to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds frequently over considerable distances
- Working extended hours, including evenings and weekends are required
- Travel of up to 10% may be required
