Job Summary
Drive strategic growth in the Food & Beverage industry by transforming marketing strategies into actionable sales plans while expanding market share. Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Customer Service teams to deliver value-driven solutions and maintain strong relationships with clients. Analyze market trends and competitor movements to drive sales growth. Identify and close new business opportunities and ensure effective execution of customer projects, including installation and troubleshooting of equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development
- Prior hands-on experience in Production, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance within the food, beverage, dairy, or alcohol industries.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage manufacturing processes.
- Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.
- Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
