Job Summary
Account Manager position handling a defined sales territory in Florida/Georgia with a hybrid work arrangement (home and Pelham, GA office). Responsibilities include overseeing sales and customer service, documenting activity in ERP/CRM, prospecting and qualifying new accounts, managing quotes and price negotiations, developing sales plans, delivering presentations, expediting order fulfillment, cross-selling, field demonstrations, maintaining knowledge of equipment values, and monitoring accounts receivable. Requires strong communication, planning and organizing, teamwork, and the ability to manage a pipeline to grow territory profitability. Occasional travel within proximate locations is expected.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar work environment with a proven track record of effective decision-making and excellent people management skills.
- Must be located within a 50-mile radius of East Palatka, Florida.
- Hybrid role: work from home and office in Pelham, GA.
