Account Manager

Own and execute account strategy for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes. Act as the senior escalation point for client issues, driving timely resolution and coordinating internal resources. Lead governance with client senior stakeholders, including agenda setting, reporting, and action tracking. Partner with technical Client Services team members to plan and deliver complex onboarding and change programmes across asset classes. Translate client business objectives into roadmaps, success metrics, and delivery plans while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Drive commercial outcomes by identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales and Product to execute new functionality. Build trusted relationships across client trading and technology organizations and internally across Product, Engineering, and Support. Coach implementation team members and contribute to improving processes and standards. Run product demos and enablement sessions to support adoption. Manage executive expectations and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes reflecting client priorities.
