Job Summary
Introduce HR solutions including staffing, outsourcing, and visa services to SME clients while managing full sales cycles to maximize satisfaction. Perform 360 recruitment to fulfill hiring requirements by researching, approaching, and convincing suitable candidates to connect employers with job openings. Maintain and update CRM and candidate databases, issue quotations and invoices, and cross-sell additional HR solutions based on client needs. This role requires one to three years of recruitment or B2B sales experience, fluency in Cantonese, English, and/or Mandarin, and proficiency in computer applications. Salary is up to HKD20,000 per month.
