Job Summary

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining B2B customer relationships through regular communication and onsite visits; generating and qualifying leads; researching target companies; presenting product solutions; attending meetings, conferences, and trade shows; negotiating pricing and terms; analyzing sales data; maintaining CRM records; collaborating with Accounting, Logistics, R&D, QA/QC; managing contracts; achieving sales targets and long-term retention. Travel-ready with strong negotiation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Preferred: micro-ingredients/B2B sales, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), ZoomInfo; problem-solving and time management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
