Job Summary
Target, discover, and validate additional business opportunities while developing quarterly reviews and retention strategies. Lead the transition of new business by partnering with operational leaders and using a consultative approach to present client solutions. Manage negotiations to achieve profit objectives and maintain a Salesforce pipeline. Develop vertical markets with additional service offerings and strengthen relationships with key individuals. Travel 50% to 70% of the time as part of a team delivering exceptional cleaning, landscaping, and restoration services for commercial facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales and operations experience in the janitorial or facilities industry
- Business level oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Active listening skills
- Experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Leadership skills
- Ability to drive teams toward achieving goals
- Must be able to travel 50% to 70% of their time
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field of study
- Bilingual; ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish, French, or other languages
- SalesForce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity
