Job Summary
Account Manager at Wunderflats – own the matching and rental agreements between landlords and tenants by guiding them through our platform, driving bookings, and delivering win-win matches. Manage the full booking pipeline, identify high-value opportunities (e.g.,大型 groups, time-sensitive leads), actively listen and advise tenants and landlords, multitask across multiple leads, be the go-to interface between tenants and landlords, and use data and KPIs to consistently exceed targets. Share insights to improve product and customer strategy, contribute to growth, and operate with a commercial mindset. Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2) are required, with strong communication, active listening, and autonomy. Hybrid work in Berlin with main office hours and some remote work welcomed; CRM tools, Google Sheets/Drive proficiency, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
