Job Summary
Develop and maintain Expeditors' worldwide activity with top customers by managing all relationship aspects to grow revenue and deliver exceptional service. Use business acumen to expand client relationships through needs assessments, product diversification tools, and Microsoft Dynamics, identifying opportunities to improve customer supply chains. Continuously build strong relationships across a customer's business hierarchy to understand organizational dynamics and achieve trusted advisor status while overseeing operational needs. Maintain expertise in respective customer ecosystems, including market intelligence, industry knowledge, and supply chain structures, while leveraging business intelligence tools for data analysis and performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Expeditors or industry experience
- Overall understanding of Supply Chain organizational structures and cargo flows
- Track record of navigating products, services and become and expert at navigating our network
- Professional communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Charismatic with an ability to connect

- Business Intelligence: Develops and maintains data fluency combined with effective use of business intelligence tools for: information gathering, processing, and analysis; performance management and improvement; and reporting
- Use your business acumen to maintain and expand client relationships using tools such as but not limited to our needs assessment guide, Customer Development Tool-Kit, product diversification tools, and Microsoft Dynamics
