Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering tailored solutions that meet business objectives. Direct and manage order development from beginning to end, including database management, job order scheduling, press check coordination, production, and shipping. Conduct color assessments using in-office physical tools to ensure accurate orders and address client concerns or issues promptly. Monitor account performance, provide regular updates, and execute projects in alignment with strict deadlines while partnering with internal teams to solve problems immediately. Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and insights to clients and senior management.
