Job Summary
Account Manager in Europe focused on OEM aviation power solutions and defense markets. Responsibilities include generating leads, developing relationships with OEMs and service centers, coordinating product proposals and compliance matrices, leading contract negotiations and administration, serving as the primary contact for European OEMs, supporting customer training and deployment projects, and staying current on lithium-ion batteries, power conversion, and avionics systems. Requires extensive aviation experience, strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and CRM proficiency, with travel up to 25%. Preferred but not required: engineering degree, FAA A&P/pilot license, and fluency in French and German.
Required Qualifications
