Job Summary
Account Manager role responsible for owning assigned client accounts, building long-term relationships across automation, controls, and integration services, identifying opportunities for expanded services, and coordinating with engineering/project/service teams. Requires ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers and non-technical stakeholders, manage proposals and contracts, and meet revenue/margin targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within a systems integrator, automation firm, or related technical services environment
- Experience managing complex, project-based client relationships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
