Job Summary
Manage daily schedules for mobile service technicians and coordinate their work across the fleet. Process parts requests to ensure technicians have necessary supplies and provide clear updates on timelines and service expectations to customers. Update customer databases with current information and service details while maintaining accuracy in scheduling and documentation. Serve as the communication link between customers, technicians, and department managers. Prepare accurate maintenance contract billing information and service invoices to support accounting functions. This role requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities within a fast-paced environment.
