Job Summary
Manage existing customer accounts and establish new clients in Michigan by providing proactive communication, day-to-day support, and compliance on client deliverables. Serve as the first line respondent to client escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining daily contact and attending Quality Assurance meetings. Coordinate information flow between clients and the company to drive retention, provide regular status and call reports, and represent the brand at industry events and trade shows. Develop knowledge of market trends, competition, and company products to set proper client expectations and adhere to sales policies.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-Level Account Manager
- Customer service & sales or marketing experience
- Manage a designated territory
- Build strong strategic relationships
- Provide coordination and flow of information between clients and the company
