Job Summary
Account Manager for an in-house role supporting touring artists, entertainment properties, and merchandise programs. Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts across merchandise production and ecommerce fulfillment; manage orders from handoff through delivery; pull and send quotes for screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products; submit and manage orders in internal systems; coordinate artwork submissions and approvals; manage shipping logistics including venue coordination and tracking; build and manage purchase orders and warehouse/fulfillment data in systems; proactively communicate delays and changes; support Shopify store management and inventory status; coordinate with accounting on royalties and charges; facilitate merch logistics for festival and touring accounts. Requires strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple accounts, and comfort in a fast-paced production environment. Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms and warehouse/fulfillment software is a plus. Based in Orlando and available to work in-office full time.
