Job Summary
Account Manager, Enterprise at Scorpion builds and maintains strong client relationships while translating client objectives into strategic, results-driven marketing initiatives across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and other digital channels. Responsible for the effective execution of campaigns aligned with client goals, budget management, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management
- Proven ability to upsell and grow client accounts
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver results
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
- Excellent attention to detail, with budget-management and project-management skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage client expectations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
- Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry best practices
