Job Summary
Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships to own and grow relationships with Flashfood’s largest grocery retail partners across North America. Responsibilities include managing executive relationships across multi-region stores, translating performance into insights, driving account growth and renewals, leading store visits and in-person trainings, collaborating with Product, Operations, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success teams, identifying adoption barriers and leading corrective action plans, and developing a partner NPS program to track satisfaction. The role requires 7+ years in enterprise account management or partnerships, experience with large retailers or grocery/retail tech, strong retailer-operations understanding, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Tools familiarity with Tableau, Google Suite, Confluence, and Asana is a plus, with 100% remote work from North America and potential cross-region impact.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or partnerships
- Experience working with large retailers; grocery or retail tech experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of retail operations and the intersection of sustainability and profitability
- Experience building or managing partner NPS or satisfaction programs (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use KPIs to drive decisions
- Passion for sustainability and reducing food waste at scale
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Google Suite, Confluence, and Asana is a plus
