Job Summary
Account Manager for Enterprise Markets responsible for managing strategic B2B relationships across UK, Germany, Spain, and Benelux, with a focus on account ownership, proactive issue resolution, and expanding relationships across multiple organisational levels. You’ll manage day-to-day queries, contract renewals, and incremental sales opportunities using Salesforce, identify revenue opportunities, coordinate with delivery teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide periodic service updates and reports to customers. The role emphasizes relationship management and customer satisfaction over sole revenue generation, with remote-working balance and weekly client-site visits in Birmingham/Warwick.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of effective account management / relationship management in telecom or SASE industry sectors
- Proven experience in managing networking accounts - WAN / SD-WAN
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B solutions
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks of varying complexity whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours to fit business needs
