Job Summary
The Account Manager role involves providing world-class customer service, managing customer relationships, reviewing pricing, processing customer orders, auditing inventory levels, and delivering parts. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, self-motivated, attentive to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong customer service background. Responsibilities include maintaining VMI systems, documenting events in CRM, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
