Job Summary

Account Manager (Employee Benefits) to support the sales team in pursuing new business and servicing the existing client base. Will manage a portfolio of client accounts, provide exceptional service, and grow the benefits practice in collaboration with the Producer and the TPA. Responsibilities include supporting new business opportunities, overall service of benefit accounts, maintaining the agency management system with current client and underwriter communications, and ensuring client data compliance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of administering group employee benefit plans, plus Life and Health License. In-person role with the flexibility to work remotely up to 3 days per week; strong proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office; excellent interpersonal skills.
