Job Summary
Account Manager for the EMEA region based in Cork, Ireland, focusing on renewals and upselling to protect and grow customer accounts. Own relationship with assigned clients, increase adoption, ensure retention, and drive continued value of ThreatDown/Malwarebytes products. Grow accounts and close renewals each month; identify and develop upsell opportunities; establish a strategic advisory relationship with each client; collaborate cross-departmentally to advocate customer needs; respond to and resolve inbound renewal issues; support customers in achieving critical goals and KPIs; leverage experience with SaaS and larger clients; proficiency with Salesforce.com; strong written and verbal communication; highly collaborative yet self-starting; benefit from a comprehensive medical/dental/vision package, time-off and a supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience (SaaS preferred) in a previous Customer Success or Account Management role
- Startup DNA: A quick learner and fast on their feet, highly collaborative, always interested in learning
- Demonstrated success in demanding high stress environments
- Proven ability to continually exceed established goals in a fast-paced, high-growth
- Thrives in a multi-tasking rich environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player but still a self-starter
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
- Familiarity working with larger clients
- Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory
