Job Summary
Account Manager for ThreatDown in Cork, Ireland (Hybrid) focused on renewal opportunities, partner/customer relationship management, and driving new business through upsell and increased license coverage. Own client relationships to increase adoption, retention, and satisfaction; grow accounts by closing renewals monthly and developing upsell opportunities; advocate customer needs across departments and support product value realization. Requires 3+ years in SaaS or a related account-management/customer-success role, strong communication, Salesforce experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding goals; Arabic language is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years SaaS or related Account Management/Customer Success
- experience with renewals and upselling
- strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- ability to manage multiple client relationships
- familiarity with Salesforce.com
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- experience with larger clients is a plus
- Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory
