Job Summary
Account Manager in CN-Zhuhai, China: Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop key relationships to support solution selling. Maintain relationships with customer contacts, ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and value-added services. Interact with vendors and customers in a technical/engineering environment; understand pricing programs/models in the electronics industry. Prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities. Promote and sell Arrow’s value-add, supply chain and full life cycle programs. Work with engineers/designers to specify and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers. Requires proficiency with SalesForce.com and Oracle; establish and build relationships with key suppliers. Role includes participation in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE. Location: Zhuhai, Guangdong, China (CN). Time Type: Full time; Job Category: Sales.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of demand creation experience on EE field sales
- EE related technical background or working experience
- Excellent communication in Mandarin & English
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems (SalesForce.com, Oracle)
- Ability to lead quarterly business reviews with major customers
- Experience creating demand for Arrow products and services
- Ability to work with engineers/designers to specify and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers
- Must be able to promote and sell value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs
Desired Qualifications
