Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Hybrid position combining work from the office near Olkusz and remote work from home. Key duties include developing sales of masterbatches and polymer raw materials in PL/CZ/SK markets, acquiring new customers, negotiating sales offers, monitoring market trends, reporting results, and collaborating with technical/production teams. Requires minimum 3 years of sales experience in the masterbatch or polymer raw materials industry, proficiency in Polish and English (B1), travel across Poland/Czech Republic/Slovakia, and a Category B driving license. Desirable Czech or Slovak language knowledge. Company provides a stable employment contract, performance-based bonus, company car, equipment, and start date around January–February 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the masterbatch or polymer raw materials industry
- Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B1 level); knowledge of Czech or Slovak will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia
- Category B driving license
