Job Summary
Account Manager / Technical Sales Representative in Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, focusing on revenue and profit growth for programs and services in targeted accounts. Responsible for coaching District Reps, developing and executing sales plans to close opportunities within existing customer bases and major accounts, building strong relationships with plant/facility executives, interpreting data to optimize customer operations, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in assigned territory. Requires consultative sales approach, ability to analyze system performance, and focus on achieving territory profit goals within manufacturing, institutional, and industrial sectors. Based in Naperville, IL with travel within a 75-mile radius; relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of technical sales experience; valid driver's license; potential for extensive training and career growth within sales/management tracks.
