Job Summary
Account Manager (Account Director title) responsible for developing and strengthening long-term client relationships across a defined Nordic portfolio with a focus on growing presence in the Nordic market. Act as a trusted partner to clients, identify opportunities to expand collaboration, and drive sustainable business growth through strategic partnerships, up- and cross-selling. Develop and execute a regional growth strategy, manage pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM reporting, and maintain knowledge of Dynata’s full product portfolio to address client needs. Engage clients through regular meetings, on-site visits, and industry events to deepen relationships and increase visibility. Requires 3+ years in sales/account management or business development, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong English communication; Nordic language skills are a plus; hybrid work model in Stockholm, Sweden.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in market research, data, insights, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a strong plus
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Consultative in approach; able to translate client challenges into strategic solutions
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
- Able to collaborate across functions
