Job Summary
Account Manager to oversee the operational management of campaigns, projects, and jobs for Display contracts, operating on a hybrid basis with on-site presence in Bangkok at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities include managing operational financial performance, driving cost-efficiency and Gainshare opportunities, ensuring contractual commercial obligations are met, assigning work to Production Support, providing technical and operational support to client stakeholders, ensuring vendors meet client requirements within service level parameters, supporting the implementation of new service lines, ensuring contract compliance and data accuracy, and collaborating with the Client Services Director to present proposals to enhance TMS offerings. Requires proven experience in Print and Display environments and fluency in Thai and English.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Thai and English
- Proven experience in Print and Display environments
- Proven service delivery experience in an account management setting
- Experience managing multi-campaign/multi-job projects with multiple service line elements
- Strong technical understanding of Print and Display categories
