Account Manager for downstream chemicals based in Philadelphia, responsible for semi-dedicated customer programs ensuring safe, economical usage of treatment chemicals and equipment in refineries, petrochemical facilities, and terminals. Duties include managing chemical programs to maximize safety, reliability, and profitability; performing routine service visits, lab/field testing, and KPI monitoring; generating service reports and maintaining inventory; overseeing Account Representatives and Technicians; coordinating with Supply Chain on orders and on-site stock; developing client relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and turnaround teams; leveraging digital tools (Rizon App, iView) to train refining teams; hosting quarterly business reviews; generating data analyses on program performance; evaluating safety performance and ensuring JSAs; providing on-site safety liaison for projects and communicating safety updates.
