Job Summary

Account Manager at Domaine, a Shopify-focused design/development partner, serves as the client champion between sales and production, conducts regular client check-ins, handles escalations and upsells, and coordinates with production to resource client needs. The role involves presenting upsell opportunities, developing strategic briefs with production, running Growth Councils, communicating service offerings, and driving growth through Growth Retainer Workstreams for mid-to-large clients. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, understands client and agency goals, and can translate objectives into actionable plans across project lifecycles, with travel to client sites as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years prior experience in sales or account management in ecommerce or tech
  • Experience with Shopify projects or agency experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of business and functional requirements
  • Knowledge of third party applications, platforms, and integrations
  • Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Figma, Hubspot; ability to learn Jira, Slack, Teamgantt
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude under pressure
  • Willingness to travel to company and client locations
