Account Manager, Digital

Job Summary

Develop detailed paid media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs, then collaborate with the activation team to optimize campaign performance and pacing. Troubleshoot campaigns to improve results while producing accurate weekly and monthly performance reports in Excel, including end-of-campaign reviews and quarterly analyses. Manage client and partner relationships by contributing to client calls, attending platform training, and integrating with the account director for strategic planning across social and search channels.

Required Qualifications

  • good working knowledge of paid advertising across a variety of digital channels (direct IO, programmatic, social and search)
  • experience with activation and reporting
  • good foundation with your understand of a variety of digital channels
  • Computer literate with a good base of skills across the Microsoft Office suite of programmes (including Excel)
  • Comfortable handling large quantities of data and working with numbers/budgets
  • Experience compiling performance reports for clients and writing insightful commentary to accompany these reports
  • Able to effectively manage your time whilst working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders as required across email, chat, video and in-person
  • Attending regular internal meetings and training sessions in order to actively contribute to a collaborative and friendly paid social community
  • Able to identify trends and recommend actions to capitalise/mitigate these trends as necessary
  • Able to display a good foundation with your understand of a variety of digital channels
  • Experience working in an agency environment (preferably as part of a social or activation team) is not necessary but would be preferable
