Job Summary
Be the front-line lead for custom packaging sales, serving as the key point of contact for VIP clients throughout the sales and ordering process. Drive monthly sales growth with new and existing accounts, grow a portfolio of key business accounts, and leverage Digital Room’s printing capabilities. Maintain CRM records, analyze customer data to improve retention strategies, forecast future deals, and continuously grow the sales pipeline. Actively seek ways to enhance the customer experience and share ideas with the team; thrive in a hybrid work environment and contribute to a fast-paced, high-tech sales culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in B2B, printing and/or packaging
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, HubSpot)
- Proactive outreach and prospecting for new sales opportunities
- Strong ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts and meet/exceed sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to forecast and manage a sales pipeline
- Comfort with cross-selling and upselling product lines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a Hybrid/Remote team environment
- Hunter mentality with a focus on customer service and relationship-building
