Job Summary
Account Manager Diagnostics & Regulated Materials in India: drive sales of DxRM to industrial accounts, achieve quarterly/annual targets, design and implement sales campaigns, collaborate with India Labs, Sourcing, and regional teams to convert opportunities, conduct technical analysis of new chemistry leads to guide pricing and business decisions, maintain regular engagement with customers through visits, identify market and product diversification opportunities, and leverage techno-commercial skills to optimize portfolios. Strong emphasis on customer relationships, pricing strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration; requires PhD in Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry/Life Sciences with relevant pharma/CRO experience or a Master’s with substantial experience, plus proficiency in analysis, marketing processes, and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences with 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in Pharma/CRO
- Master’s in the same fields with 6-7 years’ overall experience including lab work in Pharma/CRO
Desired Qualifications
- PhD in Organic Chemistry
- PhBiochemistry or Life Sciences with 3-4 years’ hands-on Pharma/CRO experience
- Master’s in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences with 6-7 years’ overall experience including lab work in Pharma/CRO
- Management, sales, or relevant industry research experience

- Excellent presentation skills
