Job Summary
Dermatology Skincare Specialist (DSP) drives revenue for the Consumer Care unit by promoting Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio to healthcare providers and office staff within the Detroit territory. Responsibilities include planning and executing field-based product promotion activities, conducting face-to-face sales calls with healthcare professionals, distributing samples, and attending company meetings (some evenings/weekends). Achieve goals and KPIs for the assigned portfolio, leverage sales tools and analytics to identify trends and implement action plans, document sales activities in company systems, manage resources such as budget and samples, build relationships with providers and their staff, and attend medical meetings as needed; travel may be required. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient MS Office/CRM use, and the ability to travel. Next steps include virtual conversations with recruiters and the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview. The role emphasizes professionalism, collaboration, and contribution to a diverse, inclusive team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required
- Two (2) years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel overnight as needed is required
