Job Summary
Account Manager - Detroit within Galderma’s Dermatology Skincare division, responsible for promoting consumer skincare portfolio to healthcare providers and staff in assigned territory. Responsibilities include planning and executing field-based product promotion activities, conducting face-to-face sales calls with HCPs, distributing samples, attending meetings (some evenings/weekends), meeting/exceeding portfolio KPIs, recording sales activities in the company reporting system, managing resources such as budgets and samples, developing provider relationships, and attending medical meetings as needed. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferred), strong communication and relationship-building skills, valid driver's license, ability to travel overnight, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required
- Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred
- Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success (such as sales performance)
- Possess valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel overnight as needed is required
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment, virtual interaction technology, and familiar with CRM software
