Job Summary
Manage account delivery by coordinating activities to ensure projects meet objectives and deadlines while supporting the Client Manager with liaison and administration. Collaborate with colleagues and local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs, connecting with Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager level staff to support communication delivery. Research new market trends for planning integration and monitor sales data to measure plan effectiveness, flagging issues where appropriate. Requires minimum 5+ years of account servicing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Located in Ho Chi Minh City as a fixed-term full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of account servicing experience in advertising, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably from an agency
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and structured work approach
- Highly dedicated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple projects under pressure
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications, business, or related field
- Leadership and team management experience
