Job Summary
Own the account relationship across financial performance, quality management, clinical management, and population health domains. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor practice performance against strategic objectives, develop project plans, and provide contract goals to ensure aligned understanding of Value-Based Care contracts. Assist in training office staff and physicians on processes and technologies while delivering continual assessment of training needs. Develop and nurture lasting relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives to enhance financial and quality performance. Coordinate with stakeholders to create recurring executive-facing presentations and memos detailing practice performance and financial outcomes. Proactively surface critical issues to central leadership and adapt to evolving organizational priorities by taking on additional duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with executive level communication - written and verbal
- Demonstrated knowledge of value based care contracts across all patient types
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience with relevant competencies including practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic insight using healthcare analytical skills
- Ability to be at an onsite location anticipated 2-3 days a week in Maryland and Delaware (subject to practice needs)
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university in nursing, social work, health technology or information technology-related programs
- 8 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted, particularly with significant administrative experience in a clinic setting
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with process mapping and work-flow analysis tools
- Advanced PowerPoint/slides, Excel/sheets, and other data visualization skills and willingness to learn additional software applications
