Account Manager

Job Summary
Account Manager handling revenue growth by building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts in Construction Machinery, Petroleum and Offshore equipment, and other industry segments. Identify and develop new sales opportunities, work with OEM customers to understand their pain points and drive business growth, and coordinate with R&D/PAE to provide product training and presentations on fluid connection solutions. Responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues to ensure high service levels and retention, and delivering regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights via OneCRM. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology, or related field, plus proven experience in customer management or sales in the Construction, Petroleum and Offshore, Mining and hydraulic industries; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills; fluency in English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer management or sales roles within the Construction, Petroleum and Offshore, Mining and hydraulic industries
- Strong customer service and relationship management ability
- In-depth knowledge of fluid conveyance products and applications
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated and self-discipline
- Good English skills
