Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for managing multiple client accounts, leading day-to-day delivery of large full-funnel media and SEO programs, and fostering strong client relationships. Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to meet client needs on time, on brief, and on budget; develops annual account plans and ensures growth and profitability targets are met. Applies expertise in paid media, SEO, local SEO, reputation management, content strategy, and CRM; tracks KPIs, prepares status updates and QBRs, and supports senior team members on larger programs. Requires 4–6 years of agency experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, strategic mindset, and proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MS Office, and related tools. In-office role with three days on-site per week in Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar client-facing role
- Strong understanding of digital channels (paid search, social, display, local, etc.)
- Experience leading day-to-day program execution with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to monitor KPIs and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other digital ad and analytics platforms
- Analytical skills with ability to relate results to client objectives
- Comfort with scope and budget discussions, including negotiating updates or additions
