Job Summary
Account Manager to own and expand a portfolio of existing client relationships in the AI/low-code/custom software space, driving revenue growth through expansion opportunities, renewals, cross-sells, and add-on services. Collaborates with delivery teams and partners, manages and forecasts expansion pipelines, and supports co-selling with partner sales teams while maintaining CRM hygiene and client advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services
- 3+ years selling into manufacturing, healthcare, construction/AEC, or financial services
- Experience managing existing client relationships with revenue responsibility
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development
- Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
