Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for expanding and consolidating the company’s presence in the assigned territory (primarily remote from Zagreb, Croatia). Duties include maintaining and developing relationships with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs), collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities, providing system training to partners, presenting the brand within the travel trade through product demonstrations and events, addressing incident issues with partner support, overseeing payments processing, allocating about 30% of time to travel for client meetings and industry events, delivering market and competitive analysis, generating regular CRM/internal reports, and maximizing API deals with partners. The role requires 2+ years of B2B account management or business development experience in travel, fluency in Croatian and English, strong analytical capabilities, proactivity, ambition, and a global mindset; travel up to 30% is expected. Remote work is available with a Zagreb-based location, and the position is an Individual Contributor role.
