Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for growing and managing client relationships, leading projects within vertical client sets, and driving account revenue growth and profitability. Works with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and agency partners to deliver cohesive digital experiences, proposals, and statements of work. Requires 2-3 years in integrated digital account management, strong multitasking and collaboration across remote teams, and deep knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, content management, eCommerce, and related technologies. The role emphasizes strategic guidance, leadership, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing client insights to position clients as innovative leaders in digital solutions while ensuring client success and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of integrated digital account management experience
- strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and collaborate with remote or decentralized teams
- Familiarity with social media and a passion for digital trends and innovations
- Comprehensive knowledge of content management, analytics, digital marketing, eCommerce, and internet technologies
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including outstanding presentation abilities
- Drive as a self-starter and proactiveness
- Creative and technical problem-solving expertise, with negotiation and consensus-building
- Understanding of project management lifecycle and PM methodology + processes
- Proactive learning and excitement about data analytics
