Job Summary
Create and deploy standard operating procedures for origin and destination points while obtaining internal and external sign-off. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the CWW network, managing monthly business reviews and driving 10% net revenue growth year-over-year. Manage the quoting process, anomaly reports, and the Company mandated ROTP, ensuring AR stays below target percentages through steady collection processes. Build local relationships and engage with Implementation Managers for new business, defining and documenting scopes of work. Maintain invoicing requirements with Director signatures and collaborate on cross-selling opportunities. Requires five years of related experience, ability to travel domestically and internationally, and proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED
- Minimum five years related experience
- Ability to travel both International and Domestic
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

Desired Qualifications
